Clearing Space for you to Be fully you
The Clearing Space spray is definitely my #1 most-used spray. It’s just so good at doing what it does which is to clear energy!
I use it in my home in place of herbal smudge for a lighter, less smokey way to clear, freshen and uplift the space.
I always keep a bottle in my car, perfect for clearing away residual energy that I’ve absorbed while out in the world running errands or being in crowded places.
As a practitioner I use it before I begin doing energy work with a client in order to clear their field and get to a baseline.
I use it in the treatment room between clients and in my own field after clients to support my own good psychic hygiene.
It can also be kept at your desk or office to reset after stressful meetings, computer fatigue or any interactions that feel draining.
When I travel I use it as soon as I leave the airport and I also use it on any hotels or airbnbs I might be staying at to help unfamiliar places feel clear, uplifted and welcoming.
I’ve used it after I clean the house to add another more refined dimension of clean to my space. I’ve also used it in my children’s messy rooms where it has occasionally mysteriously motivated a room cleaning!
It can be used after having an argument, after having guests or after illness to reset the space.
Flower Essences
The first essence in this formula isn’t a flower, but the pollen of the Cattail plant. Its gifts are about cutting through stagnation confusion and murkiness in the energetic field making it ideal for the Clearing Space formula. Its action reflects how and where it grows, in wetlands where decay and growth coexist, and so it brings the blessing of clarifying what feels muddy and heavy.
It helps us unstick the spaces inside us that feel bogged down from unprocessed emotional energy, old patterns or residue from the past or things we’ve picked up from those around us.
It is especially helpful when we feel caught in cycles of overwhelm or paralysis. It brings a sense of flow and renewal, removing lingering and outdated debris from of the system so clear insight and vitality can come forth!
It acts like a filter to the energy body separating what’s nourishing from what needs to be released.
The next flower essence is Sweetgrass also not technically a flower. If you’ve ever encountered Sweetgrass, you know what a tender, holy treasure it is. This sacred plant of purification and blessing doesn’t just clear away heaviness it also replaces it with sweetness, light and this feeling of homey rightness I can’t quite explain. The way that it moves energy is incredibly powerful and yet so gentle. It doesn’t forcefully move out what is stagnant, it is as if it dissolves it with love. Sweetgrass essence pairs its gifts for clearing with a feeling of comfort and harmonization.
Finally a flower! While Yarrow is primarily known for its protective energies, I’ve included it in the Clearing Space formula because it also has a distinct clearing capacity. Yarrow flower essence acts similarly to tree resin when there has been a breach. Tree resin flushes out bacteria, microbes or insects that may have gotten into the tree and then forms a protective barrier so nothing else can get in. Yarrow too, clears the field of anything stagnant or invasive and then provides a natural seal that supports you to maintain a protective boundary going forward.
Rainbow Cactus flower essence adds its own special grace to the Clearing Space formula. It works on the emotional and fluid levels of the field. And supports us in the places where we tend to harden and get stuck by harmonizing and raising the energy, allowing it to melt and shift states more readily. In this way it is a deep purifier of stagnant and calcified emotional energy by infusing it with vitality and light. This is a light-bringing flower helping us to shine from within.
Essential Oils
Black Spruce, like all of the coniferous essential oils, has a quality of lightening and brightening. It vitalizes, motivates and is heartening to our spirit. It also has a smell that is so fresh and clear, and I feel strengthened when I encounter it.
May Chang or Litsea Cubeba brings a bright, lemony, slightly sweet scent with a hint of spice to the Clearing Space flower essence and essential oil spray. It’s very similar to Lemon Grass, but a bit softer and more uplifting. It’s one of my very favorite scents. It brings a sunny, sparkly kind of vibration like opening a window on a clear day.
It’s a great one for resetting the mood. Helps to shift the atmosphere to something more light, fresh and optimistic. Energetically it cuts through heaviness and stagnation making an ideal for the clearing space formula.
The final essential oil in the Clearing Space formula is Lemon 5 Fold Essential Oil. The peel is cold pressed in a way that concentrates its scent to five times the usual strength. This lemon is bright, sweet, and full of sunshine. It brings an uplifted and even happy vibe into the clearing formula, dispelling even the heaviest of energies!
